Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable pet food

• Opened grooming or hygiene items

• Gift cards
